Style Project – Graphic Mix
With bold monochrome prints and splashes of pink, our Graphic Mix trend was the perfect theme for the first Style Project of 2014!
We asked four fashion bloggers to put together a whole outfit from the Graphic Mix collection, with a budget of just £50, and they didn’t disappoint! Take a look at the four fab outfits below and let us know which one is your favourite in the comments section. The blogger with the most votes will win another £50 to spend in store or online!
Our bloggers this month are:
Victoria – Victoria’s Vintage
Jade – The Style Rawr
Steph – Stephanie Dreams
Megan – What’s New Pussycatt
Victoria pairs two prints with this polka dot top and daisy flock mini skirt. The soft feminine daisy print isn’t overwhelmed by the dots and creates a simple yet strong monochrome look. Victoria dresses up the outfit with a pair of wedge heels and a satchel, making it perfect for the working week.
Jade of the blogging duo The Style Rawr adds a pop of pink to this black swing dress with a bright textured raglan top. The flavour of the moment, chunky Chelsea boots add a tough edge, while the knee high socks provide a little twist to the usual dress and tights combo. Jade completes the look with a slouched beanie for that urban feel.
Steph also opts for the swing dress in grey and adds some pattern with a pair of herringbone tights and a beaded clutch. A pair of burgundy boots and a simple necklace makes this a great look for lunchtime drinks with friends.
Megan also embraces the pink with this fuschia bomber jacket over our matching fit & flare skirt and top and necklace. A swatch of pink lipstick ties the look together along with a pair of biker boots for a great Graphic Mix style.
We have four great interpretations of the Graphic Mix trend, but which is your favourite? To place your vote, just write the name of the blogger who you think has styled the trend the best in the comments section below. The blogger with the most votes wins!
Voting closes midnight 5th March 2014. Any votes placed after this time will not be counted.
